I don’t often spend more than a few minutes sketching things out. I try to get the image from inside my head onto the paper as quick as possible and go from there. I suppose I just don’t have patience, or maybe I just like things to look ‘fresh’ and not overworked–I prefer the latter.
I’m currently working on illustrations of entertainers (with disabilities, or assumed disabilities), and automata from early America.
